Our unique projects include the 600-acre Silverlake development in Dorset with permission for 1000 holiday homes which commenced on site in 2014, the ongoing development of Lower Mill in the Cotswold Water Park of which over 300 of the permitted 575 homes have been built and Birchwood in North Devon which has permission for 158 holiday lodges and a 40 bed hotel and spa to commence on site this year. All three sites promote a sustainable holiday home community integrated within ecologically enhanced landscapes and nature conservation settings.
