Glamping Site Wins Prestigious Business Award!

Wigwam® Holidays Crowtree, based near Spalding, Lincolnshire, has just been presented with a prestigious title at the South Holland Business Awards 2018.

The glamping site, which opened in July 2015, beat stiff competition to win the Business Innovation Award 2018 at a glittering ceremony held at Springfield’s Events and Conference Centre, Spalding, on 15th November 2018.

The event was opened by BBC Radio Lincolnshire presenter, Melvyn Prior and was organised by the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce.

Site owners Patrick and Anne Mews accepted the award along with members of their team. Anne said: “We were delighted to receive this award, which recognises the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at Wigwam® Holidays Crowtree.

“We have expanded the site with additional Running Water Deluxe Wigwam® Cabins - we now have a total of nine - and have introduced our hot tub facility too. We attract families in the main and also accept group bookings, and we have quite a number of return guests, which is great for the local economy.”
