Contract Standard Furniture

It may come as a surprise, but Holiday Let Furnishings often meet very large multiple park owners who still go to the high street to buy their furniture. Not only are they paying more than they need to (the factories we work from already supply many of the main retailers), they may be putting themselves at huge risks.

These products are known as ‘domestic’, meaning they do not adhere to the standards needed in commercial environments, such as hotels, holiday parks etc. In order to comply with the regulations, certain items such as beds, mattresses, and sofas must be ‘contract’ standard' and classified as ‘crib 5’, with the relevant certificates certifying this.

This HLF living room has been equipped with fantastic old-style furniture to suit the style of the room, including plush armchairs
