Plans For a New Park

Starting with something pretty standard, a new holiday park has been approved for building in the Kenwick Park Estate, in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The 68-lodge park will be set amongst the fantastic facilities already on the estate, and are estimated to provide a number of full-time jobs for local residents.

Luxury Glamping Pods

Going off-the-grid is one of the many emerging ways that consumers are looking to get away. Our recent blog post, here, touches on this a little more. That said, some companies are taking this to new levels, ensuring you may not even be traceable in your holiday getaway!

Ahuriri Valley in North Otago, New Zealand, offers visitors the chance to “disappear” amongst the rolling landscape. The luxury glamping pods, filled inside with plush decorations and beds, is mirrored on the outside. Reflecting the outside world, it blends into the surroundings, making it difficult to spot, hiding you away from the outside world.

Segwaying to the Next News Story...

Haven’s Craig Tara park in Ayrshire is a one-of-a-king holiday park, which offers fun and excitement for individuals of all ages. Not only does the park have extremely fast and thrilling water slides, but they don’t stop there. Families can expect segway adventures, a roller disco, rope courses, indoor climbing, and so much more!

This just goes to show that thinking outside of the box is a sure-fire way to rake in visitors at your holiday park. By providing something for everyone of every age - something that other holiday parks don’t always provide - you can set yourself apart from the rest.

Dog-Friendly Attractions

Following on from our recent blog post about setting up a water parks for dogs, Seaview Holiday Village, a holiday park in Cornwall, has launched their very own doggy bar. This is one of the few places that are extending their offerings to our furry friends, but it’s a great investment, considering the popularity of dogs these days.

The holiday park provides pints of “beer” and pawsecco for your tail-wagging comrades, as well as human-friendly drinks for the owners. What better way to entice the Britons looking to holiday with their pets than with a pet-friendly bar!?
