ROARR! DINOSAUR ADVENTURE EXPANDS FOLLOWING MULTI-MILLION INVESTMENT

Roarr Dinosaur Adventure is undergoing a large-scale multi-million revamp and expansion which includes an array of new attractions and a rebrand with the aim of appealing to all audiences.

The decision to change the name of the park was made in order to attract a wider age range in visitors, which hopes to turn Norfolk’s Jurassic park into the most popular tourist attraction in the county.

“We’re a family business and we tend to react and innovate as we go along,” said Managing Director Martin Goymour. “We want to make Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure the top family adventure park in Norfolk.”

Regarding the park’s aspirations, Park Manager Adam Goymour said: “If we’re going to develop and grow we need to attract an older market.”

“We started with a major investment and rebranding exercise in 2016 that would allow us to appeal to a broader market.”

The park’s various upgrades include a £800k revamp of The Explorers restaurant and the development of its newest £800k attraction, Predator High Ropes.

Mr Goymour explained the park’s visitor count had almost doubled since they acquired it back in 2006, recently reaching the 300,000 visitor per year mark, and that they are aiming to hit the 400,000 mark following the recent upgrades.

Roarr Dinosaur Adventure recently won Best Large Visitor Attraction award at the Norfolk and Suffolk Tourism Awards 2018.

“Winning the tourism award is a fantastic boost because it’s for the whole team that works here,” said Mr Goymour.

“It makes us work even harder to maintain those standards and we have to show our visitors why we won the ward.”
