OPDS is a division of the Omar Group, which aims to support and stimulate the market by utilising the skills of Richard Sigsworth, Special Projects Director, the Omar team and a specially assembled panel of experts, to advise in all aspects of park development and operations.

The Expert Panel are experienced industry practitioners with expertise in planning, infrastructure, design and procurement. Put together to support park owners and operators, the Expert Panel can help to evaluate, and ultimately deliver plans to improve and develop parks.
