Concept Town Planning Ltd was established in 2007 and have steadily grown since inception. We are an independent firm of Chartered Town Planners, based in Shropshire, with over 70 years combined knowledge and commercial expertise in all planning and development related matters. We enjoy a working partnership with Nigel Gough Associates and have associated offices in central Birmingham.

We have a national client base and manage a portfolio of projects covering the whole of the UK. Consequently, we have a full and thorough understanding of the relevant legislative planning processes in England, Wales and Scotland, working with multiple authorities in these countries.

Projects undertaken range from small-scale residential domestic schemes to complex and high-value commercial, retail, residential and leisure developments. Through a network of tried and tested contacts, we are also able to act as project managers where we manage other disciplines including architects, ecologists, landscape architects, archaeologists, highways engineers, surveyors etc as required to support a proposal.

Our strengths lie in our ability to tailor our approach to suit each individual project and look further than the Town Planning process, appreciating wider commercial demands and pressures, and thus being able to promote long-term objectives in the most pragmatic and cost-effective way.
