A little bit about our products...
HOST COVER is designed to be an add-on to your existing home insurance policy, protecting you from anything that might happen when you have paying guests, exchange partners or house sitters staying. This includes theft, accidental & malicious damage, public liability, loss of rent, replacement keys & locks, legal expenses and much more.
HOME COVER is just a normal home insurance policy but with the benefit of being `sharing` friendly. Unlike most underlying insurers, who will possibly either increase your premium or just cancel your policy when you tell them you are home-sharing, our home cover is designed to work alongside our add-on policies, without the increase in standard premium.
DEPOSIT COVER removes the need for a host / landlord / owner / management agency to take a deposit from guests and provides up to £1,000 cover for the little things that go wrong such as accidental damage (broken chair), deliberate damage (smoking) and deep clean (mud).
GUEST COVER is an insurance policy for guests to take out to cover them for situations such as the property they have booked does not exist, the property is not as described in the property details.
