Our experience in providing holiday park WiFi makes us unique.
Experience is everything; as there are factors that affect the location and quantity of the WiFi equipment needed, such as the location of the site and the location of existing buildings and infrastructure. We consider the fabric of the building; whether the site is on a gradient and the location of trees around the site.
We know that getting good WiFi coverage across a park is relatively easy but getting good coverage into caravans and lodges, whilst retaining high speed and low latency is the challenge and is why so many parks have poor WiFi, despite paying for a `professional` installation.
We will also support your WiFi network from our UK-based technical service desk. We are available to support you seven days a week and even support your customers directly so that they do not have to trouble your employees if they have any queries.
