WHAT WE DO
Playnation own and operate some 20,000 amusement machines across over 1,700 sites in the UK. We partner with the market leaders in the leisure sector across holiday parks, motorway service stations, family pubs, bowling alleys, and major airports.
In holiday parks and airports we have our own teams on site, who are responsible for the day to day management, and servicing of the offer, providing customer service to the end consumer, whilst working closely with the respective host company. Variations on this style of operation depend on the size and geographical mix of the locations.
In bowling centres and motorway service areas, a service offer is provided which involves a cash collection and repairs provision. This is based on a call out service and preventative maintenance program and regular collections. A national team of field based personnel provide this. In some cases we provide a service only offer for certain clients.
Machines vary in type from Family Entertainment Centre machines such as video games, toy cranes and 2p pushers to regulated gaming (`fruit`) machines.
We also supply pet tag engraving machines to the pet store marketplace, with machines in every Pets at Home store and across the majority of the UK`s leading pet care chains. Our national field service team also supports this part of our business.
