In its 125 year history, R H Smith has built up 2 fancy dress and costume brands, Smiffys and Fever, and novelty and light-up toy brand Time4Fun.

Through the Time4Fun brand we supply novelty and light-up pocket money toys perfect for the leisure sector. We also offer bespoke products, from plush to apparel, designed in house to match any theme or character and meet a range of price points
Our dedicated in-house Safety team ensure that all of our products are manufactured and rigorously tested to comply with the latest EU and American safety standards and regulations. All of our children`s costumes are tested to both EN71 regulations and Nightwear (Flammability) Standards.
