TouchWood design, build and install innovative, highly engineered play equipment and adventure play areas for schools, councils and national visitor attractions throughout the UK and internationally.
Touchwood`s highly creative team has worked closely with its clients for over 14 years, to create bespoke, sensory play schemes which capture the essence of a space and the surrounding landscape.
To ensure a seamless integration for its projects, TouchWood offers clients the opportunity to take part in its unique `Designing for Real` concept. The client, children and the local community are invited to join the TouchWood team for a day of exploration and adventure workshops, where they help to design and develop the personality and ideas for the play space.
Touchwood`s bespoke play equipment is hand-crafted by its team in Bristol, using only sustainably sourced timber and durable woods, such as larch, chestnut and oak; TouchWood will often utilise local fallen ancient trees, which are restored and repurposed by their skilled craftsmen and brought back to be enjoyed in the play environment.
