The core for 360 Play is to create an environment for the entire family to have back to basics fun, including aspects of physical, outdoor, skills based and creative play. 360 Play currently has centres in Basildon, Farnborough, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Redditch and Stevenage with opening hours 7 days a week, 360 days a year.

THE CHALLENGE

As a fast growing and popular family entertainment business 360 Play needed a reliable user-friendly system that they could trust. With high volumes of guests every day 360 Play needed a secure system to check families in and out of centres, to ensure child safety so families can relax and have a great time. The system that was in place was not suited to the sites and was aimed towards a programmer and not 360 Play’s staff, so getting a user-friendly system was a priority.

THE SOLUTION

Vennersys offered a unique admissions journey to 360 Play, comprehensive CRM and reporting system. Visiting families must purchase a family membership and can pre-register for this online in advance for customer convenience. To ensure child safety every family is checked in and out of the centre which ensures children leave with the correct family. 360 Play guests can also book parties online and create a whole birthday package including goody bags and food platters. The Vennersys team continue to support staff throughout the journey, from till configuration to developing their system to better suit the business needs.

VENPOS AT 360 PLAY

360 Play decided that Vennersys could provide a great solution for their difficult system after seeing VenposCloud demonstrated at an exhibition. This resulted in 360 Play installing Vennersys systems into all their current sites, and at any future sites they have.
