After working in the leisure and tourism industry for over 30 years, distributing promotional leaflets and brochures, Richard Hobdell (Company Director) became more aware of the need to innovate his business and ensure its growth, hence – Smart Rack Plaques was born! 

The idea was to create a leaflet information point which never needed filling up and never ran out of leaflets.

Smart Racks has been running successfully in ‘The East of England’ since the early part of 2020, the pandemic set us back a little with our plans but now we are driving forward with the demand to go ‘Touch-Free’ even stronger. The next phase is to roll it out nationally through area agents during the latter part of 2021.
