The unique building system eliminates concrete slabs, and uneven ground is easily catered for with inexpensive ground support systems. No concrete means savings in time and money as well as being environmentally friendly.

No Planning Permission

Overcome those tedious hurdles of planning permission. The patented building system normally avoids the need for planning permission as the JK buildings are moveable and classed as caravans. Exceptions may include sites in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (ANOB) or where there is a change in use of land.
