CASE STUDY

Our scheme at Ingoldisthorpe in West Norfolk was the first of its kind granted in the area and won the Built It Awards ‘Best Custom of Self Build Project or Model’.  The development delivered 12 serviced plots with full permission allowing customisation through a Design Code that carefully reflected local architectural styles whilst as the same time introducing a contemporary feel.  Plots were bought by existing village residents as well as new homebuyers. The development provides a new village green surrounding a restored pond with a thoughtfully designed planting scheme that further enhances the sense of place.  All new residents will be part of a management company that ensures the public open space and roadways are kept in good order.
