James Fulton has worked as a Chartered Surveyor, development consultant and business advisor for the last 15 years specialising in rural development. Having been involved in projects including conversion of farm buildings to residential or commercial uses, development of renewable energy schemes, development of diversification projects and promotion of larger areas of greenfield land for development James has a good understanding of the business, planning and legal requirements of many different types of development and now specialises in developing farmyards and other greenfield sites into residential and commercial uses.
