About Johanne Spittle FALA
Johanne Spittle specialises in the resolution of disputes acting for estates, landowners, farmers and agricultural businesses. She has a particular interest in property related disputes dealing with agricultural, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes; land ownership disputes; the enforcement and protection of property rights including rights of way and public footpaths and bridleways. She also deals with farming family disputes.
Johanne heads up the litigation team at Ware & Kay solicitors across their three offices in York, Wetherby and Malton. She is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
