Trained as a chef in the home counties since leaving school, working through a classical NVQ apprenticeship in restaurants , hotels, stately homes, then moving into Hospitality management, whilst studying at Westminster college, Vincent square for 5 years to achieve full HCIMA membership status.
Experienced a broad scope of line and senior management roles , within Home counties private restaurant and banqueting groups, Hotel operational management with IHG group , Leisure management with Select Service Partner group , a 9 year tenancy in the Pub industry as a leaseholder of a free house, a stint as a freelance lecturer in Hospitality supervision at Wiltshire College , all culminating in current role as Head of Food and Beverage Operations at Longleat Safari Park, with an estate of 16 eateries, corporate dining and event catering
